How to Set Up Your First Ledger Device

Follow this simple, secure process to begin your journey.

1. Unbox and Connect

Open your Ledger Nano S Plus, Nano X, or Ledger Stax box. Inside, you’ll find your hardware wallet, a USB cable, a recovery sheet, and keychain strap. Connect your device to your computer or smartphone using the provided USB cable.

2. Initialize Your Device

Power on your device by pressing the side button. You will be prompted to "Configure as new device." Follow the on-screen instructions on your device to get started.

3. Set Your PIN Code
